Evaluate and apply whole-person health approaches, including creative expression and gratitude(story, movement, and voice), lifestyle-based movement and exercise prescriptions, culinary and nutritional strategies for healing, and meditation/mindfulness practices to enhance patient care, promote self-care, and advance whole-person healing in clinical and community settings.
Analyze and apply evidence-informed practices, including EFT/tapping, Tai Chi, breathwork, reiki/energy healing, and other approaches to addressing the emotional basis of chronic pain—to advance whole-person healing by fostering resilience, regulating mind-body processes, and integrating diverse healing modalities into clinical and community care.
