  • Registration is open until the conference begins or until capacity is reached. We encourage early registration to secure your spot and take advantage of any available rates.

  • We encourage you to select your preferred breakout and experiential sessions during checkout. This helps us gauge interest and ensure appropriate accommodations for all attendees.

  • Yes. We accept payment by both purchase order and credit card. Instructions for submitting a purchase order will be provided during registration.

  • Yes. Registration includes access to all plenary sessions, breakout sessions, scheduled conference activities, breakfast, and lunch. Some sessions may require advance selection due to limited capacity.

  • A refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee will be issued for refund requests received by September 5, 2026. No refunds will be issued for refund requests made after October 2, 2026. Payments made may not be applied to future conferences or other educational activities. There are no exceptions to these policies.

  • Healthcare professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of integrative and whole-person care, including physicians, nurses, physician associates/assistants, psychologists, and social workers. This includes those in concierge medicine, oncology (including pediatric oncology), pain management, cardiology, integrative medicine, surgery, and psychiatry.

  • Hands-on rotations will allow participants to engage in practices such as acupressure, sound healing, grounding techniques, Tai Chi, yoga therapy, breathwork, tapping, Reiki, energy healing, and gratitude journaling.

    Featured sessions include “The Science and Practice of EFT & Tapping” with Nick Ortner and faculty from MGH and Harvard.

    Additional offerings include “InterPlay: Unlocking Story, Movement, and Voice,” focused on reconnecting movement, creativity, and clinical resilience.

  • This conference is built around practical, evidence-based learning you can bring back to your practice. By the end of the two days, you will be able to:

    Understand the science behind integrative care

    • Review the biological mechanisms connecting whole-person health practices to clinical outcomes, including the roles of the microbiome and mitochondria. Evaluate the evidence base for specific modalities including EFT/Tapping, Tai Chi, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing.

    Assess the full picture of your patients

    • Apply frameworks for evaluating psychosocial, emotional, and lifestyle factors that contribute to chronic disease and recovery, and incorporate those findings into care planning.

    Build practical clinical skills

    • Demonstrate whole-person health approaches in real clinical contexts, including lifestyle-based movement, exercise prescriptions, nutritional and culinary strategies, mindfulness practices, and creative expression modalities.

    Support stress resilience and behavior change

    • Apply integrative strategies that help patients build resilience, manage stress, and make sustainable lifestyle changes, including approaches that address the emotional dimensions of chronic pain.

    Stay current on innovations in integrative medicine

    • Compare emerging health technologies and evidence-informed practices, and identify how they can advance integrative care in clinical and community settings.

  • Name badges can be picked up at the registration desk at MGB Assembly Row upon arrival. Registration will be open prior to the start of each day’s sessions.

    If you are staying at the Row Hotel, you may also pick up your conference materials during the designated pre-conference check-in period: 4-7pm EST Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

  • We provide all attendees with completely free access to all slide presentations in digital PDF format prior to the conference. This is an environmentally friendly alternative and helps keep costs lower for all attendees. The e-syllabus will be available for 30 days after the conference.

  • Bring a notebook or device for note-taking, a reusable water bottle, and anything needed for personal comfort. Comfortable attire is recommended for optional movement sessions.

  • Dress comfortably as some sessions include light movement or experiential components.

  • Yes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both days, along with light refreshments during breaks. A reception with hors d’oeuvres will be held at the end of Day 1.
